NaBloPoMo Intro

Today starts my thirty day marathon to the NaBloPoMo finish line. For those of you who don't know, NaBloPoMo is a commitment to write a blog post every day in November. It was started last year by Fussy and has approximately 2500 participants this year, including yours truly.

So what can you expect from Another Chance To Get It Right this November?

First, I plan to write a few more medical school meditations as my semester starts to wind down. You can expect one of these, on the topic of humor and medicine, in the next few days.

I plan to do a little mini blog series on The Nobel Prize, with posts about my favorite Nobel Laureates and their contributions to our world, along with reasons why their work has resonated in my own life.

I hope to write some funny posts, some serious posts, some picture and video posts, and some posts about being a bipolar medical student. All of this, I am doing with the goal of showing myself that it is possible to be a medical student and to still post with a very certain consistency, which is what I hope to eventually reach on Another Chance To Get It Right. So--let the race begin!

Oh! And I almost forgot the best part. Starting, well, today, I am studying for my second HUGE exam for this semester. All next week, I will be preparing for the written that I take on Friday. No lecture. No scheduled lab times. Just...endless studying.

And away we go.
