Flavor Tripping
I'm in the middle of moving--it's been quite the busy/stressful/crazy week. Today, I had a meeting about my status in my program, which I'm sure I'll blog about later.
In the meantime, I ran into an article in the NY Times today about Flavor Tripping. Apparently, these berries--native to Africa--numb the sour and bitter taste buds, drastically changing the perception of foods in which these tastes dominate. Supposedly, lemons taste like candy, stout beer tastes like chocolate, and shitty tequila tastes like lemonade.
And I totally want to try it.

1 Comments:
I would drink so much shitty tequila. And... I'm not drunk anymore, in case you were wondering.
